Royal Jardins

O projeto arquitetônico do Royal Jardins foi concebido visando contribuir para a criação de um visual compatível com o local da implantação do empreendimento. A forma do projeto obedeceu à legislação vigente e, tirando partido disso, procuramos criar um certo dinamismo no conjunto arquitetônico.
O Royal Jardins terá 98 apartamentos, salões de convenção, área de lazer e amplo restaurante. A fachada será revestida em granito e vidros. Marquise de estrutura de alumínio completa o conjunto.

The architectural project of Royal Jardins was done focusing the criation of a building that fits the area where it´s being built. The project was done according to the legislation, and we tried to create a certain dinamism of the architectural complex.
Royal Jardins will have 98 apartments, convention rooms, leisure area and a large restaurant. The mixture of granite, glasses and aluminium structure complete the complex.
